Why Can't I Transfer?
1, Tansee will not show up under non-administrator account.
Answer:
a, Right click on the program shortcut or program .exe file, and click on Run as administrator.
b, If prompted by UAC(User Account Control), then click on Yes to apply permission to allow the program to run with full permission as an
administrator.
NOTE: If you are doing this is while logged in as standard user instead of an administrator, then you will need to
provide the administrator's password before the program will run as administrator.
2. Tansee always display 'Waiting For iPhone/iPad/iPod' even if i pluged iPhone/iPad/iPod to computer. why?
Answer:
a, Uninstall Tansee, restart computer. And reinstall the latest version of Tansee products
here.
b, Install the latest version of iTunes
here, make sure iTunes can read your iPhone/iPad/iPod. c, Run Tansee, plug your iDevice.
3.Tansee iPhone/iPad/iPod Transfer Always Reading data. Why?
Answer:
Might it will need some time to read your iDevice, at most 1 hour.
If you check "Encrypt iPhone/iPad/iPod backup"
Please uncheck this option:
Open your iTunes, plug your iPhone/iPad/iPod, click "summary" ,uncheck "Encrypt iPhone/iPad/iPod backup".
Or try this ways: a, Uninstall Tansee, restart computer. And reinstall the latest version of Tansee products
here.
b, Install the latest version of iTunes
here, make sure iTunes can read your iPhone/iPad/iPod. c, Run Tansee, plug your iDevice.
4.Tansee iPhone/iPad/iPod Music&Video Transfer can transfer some music but not all of them. Why?
Answer:
It might because you purchase songs from iTunes directly from iPhone/iPad/iPod.
Try this:
Open iTunes, Go to Edit>Preferences>Devices, and check the box "disable automatic syncing for iPhones and iPods.
Plug your iPhone/iPad/iPod to PC, open iTunes, right-click on the iPhone/iPad/iPod in the source column of iTunes and click on "Transfer Purchases".
That is let your iTunes library on your computer have the same songs as your iPhone/iPad/iPod. And then Run Tansee.
5.Tansee iPhone/iPad/iPod SMS&MMS&iMessage Transfer can copy some emojis, but not all of them. Why?
Answer:
Emoji are special characters, like emoticons, that have become popular on mobile phones. Windows 8 Consumer Preview
adds new support for these characters; however, earlier versions of Windows do not include support for emoji.
6.Tansee iPhone/iPad/iPod Music&Video Transfer can copy all music, but iTunes can not play some of them. Why?
Answer:
Might because some songs are Apple protected songs.
iTunes Store purchases can be authorized in iTunes to play on up to five computers. Deauthorizing a computer allows
you to manage which computers can play purchased music, videos, audiobooks, or other content.
Authorization helps protect the copyrights on the content you buy. You can use your digital rights management (DRM)
protected music purchases from the iTunes Store on up to five different computers (this can be any mix of Macintosh or
Windows-compatible computers). When you play an item you've purchased, your computer is "authorized" to play content
purchased using your Apple Account.
7.Tansee iPhone/iPad/iPod Music&Video Transfer finishes copying all music from your iPod to PC, but the backup folder is empty. Why?
Answer:
Open itunes, Go to Edit>Preferences>Devices, and check the box "Prevent iPods, iPhones, and iPads from syncing automatically.
Please enable Disk Use mode on your Apple iPod, follow these steps:
Connect your iPod to your computer.
When the iPod icon appears in the iTunes Source pane (below Devices), select it.
If the Summary pane isn't showing, click the Summary tab.
Click Enable disk use.
